Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return or refund.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@techticks.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Detailed instructions on where and how to send the package

❗️Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

International Returns:

If you’re outside the United Kingdom, shipping times may vary. Please allow extra time for the return process.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at returns@techticks.shop if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges:

If you want a different item, the fastest method is:

  1. Return your original item.
  2. Once accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing time by your bank or card provider may vary.
  • For United Kingdom residents it could be done through bank transfer within 10 business days.
