We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return or refund.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@techticks.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with:
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
- Detailed instructions on where and how to send the package

❗️Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
International Returns:
If you’re outside the United Kingdom, shipping times may vary. Please allow extra time for the return process.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at returns@techticks.shop if:
- Your item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges:
If you want a different item, the fastest method is:
- Return your original item.
- Once accepted, place a new order separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing time by your bank or card provider may vary.
- For United Kingdom residents it could be done through bank transfer within 10 business days.
